As one would imagine, our trip began on just a little rocky start. Before we even left the country we almost lost our first travel partner - Pat. And if it wasnt for pelner's extreme parenting skills, we would have left Pat in LA. After a night of Wild Turke

y, Pat forgot one minor detail - the waking up part. No Pat didn't die, he just ended up sleeping though his alarm and 17 missed called by Pelner. And thats when Pelner's dog instincts kicked in. Pelner went and woke Pat up. And at that time, Pat threw his pile of clothes into his bags - also the moment Pelner realized that he would be babysitting us

for the next three weeks. Good start thought, PAt!
Anyway, the four of us (
Smeagol,
Pelsner,
P-Dog, and I) met up in Chicago, Pelner with his tour guide hat on, and the rest of us with our new Chuck's...and after a quick 8 hours of plane, we finally made it to London. So, we made our way to customs and little Bulfin decides to pop up out of nowhere. Turns out Bulfin was there for 3 hours trying to get the water fountain to work.

Somehow, they let us through customs and into the country. And for the day, we headed over to Frosty's place, a nice Zahm single in the the city of London. Frosty gave us the grand tour of the city, taking us to all of his favorite bars for Mother's Day...i think. So,we did that, ate some delicious cookies and after a long day of walking around the foreign land, we sat down for our first european pizz

a. Well, everyone besides Bulfin that is. Bulfin decided to take a nap on the table and wait until we all left before the waiter woke him up to leave. Bulfin doesn't have a problem passing out in public. So our first night in Europe was spent pounding Fanta Fanta in Frosty's room before heading over to the nearest casino. Bulfin showed us how to beat Roulette, kinda, whil e the rest of us participated in the "no fun" casino floor. This "no fun" rul

e includes, mostly, not having any fun. Which we quickly realized when they yelled at us for cheering, made us pay for our drinks, and said no to our jeans and Chuck's. Too bad Smeagol wouldn't let us wear our mullets out tonight, they would have really liked those! But, after staying up for too many hours, and making a dress out of Bulfin' s jeans, we decided to call it a night and get some sleep for the rest of the trip.
