Day 12: Rome, Italy ----> Florence, Italy

We missed our first train this morning. And considering we didnt even go out last night, its completely Pelner's fault. But we made it to Florence by noon anyway. And after a couple wrong bus trips, we finally got on the right one and made it to our hostel. Then, straight up 465 steps up the Duomo, this massive church they let us climb to the top. A trip Smeagol will most likely not forget for some time. Smeagol turned white and almost had a panic attack looking down. Anyway, after Smeagol almost passed out from the heights, we headed back down those same steps to the world's largest flee market, where Jack did all of his Christmas shopping for next year.
Another funny moment of Europe involving Smeagol: Smeagol bought a leather jacket.
Coming into this trip, no one realized that Smeagol was actually a professional shopper. And this flee market really allowed him to show us his true talent. His leather jacket and the tshirt he bought for his girlfriend proved to be the two best purchases made by anyone on the entire trip. And then, once he realized that it was actually a childrens shirt he bought, Smeagol demanded his body shot footage be erased! But, no! The bet was made, and Smeagol lost. Smeagol had a bet with P-Dog that resulted in Smeagol having to give the shirt to his girlfriend regardless of how incredibly small it was, as her only birthday gift...hmm!
But today was even more special than this - today was the first day we got to do our wash! And it was good. So, after feeling clean for the first time all trip, Nic showed us his amazing poker skills and then sent us all to bed!
