Day 6: Barcelona, Spain ----> Nice, France

Bulfin made it a lot easier to say goodbye to him after waking up to his dinner all of the floor, mostly on Pat's jeans and Smeagol's shorts though. Haha, way to go Bulfin, thats what happens when you play one on one kings with a true european. Oh well, it was Bulfin's day of departure, so everyone except Pat and Smeagol said a nice little goodbye to the little fella and wished him luck getting back to the states. Smeagol woke up in the same clothes and shoes that he wore out that night, and after trying to finish his lovely Black Bush (so he wouldnt have to carry it anymore) he could barely function on his way to the train station. But we did make it, with time to spare.
We sweated the whole train ride with screaming children, Smeagol passed out the entire ride, and everyone started speaking French - worst language ever.
Anyway, after a second train today, we finally arrived in Nice - a whole 12 hours later. And it took us a while to realize why the bell boy was so chippy and the reason behind the rainbow flag outside of our hostle. Actually, it only took a 60 year old, story-telling creep for us to figure out that it was a gay hostel! And the fact that he was asking us to cuddle with him. Hmm, creepy - just Rohn's type.
Ever since we lost the town idiot this morning when Bulfin left, we were happy to see Nic show up with the rest of the family. Birthday boy Nic showed up with Kat and the parents to join in on the rest of the trip with us. So, the first thing we showed them was the wonderful Doner stand we had been looking for all night.
