After a long night with Nic, i was actually scared for him and whether he was going to make it the rest of the trip - or if we were just going to leave him in Switzerland forever

. Our very shaky trip to the train station caused a very stressful mood. And for a moment, i almost felt like someone might "punch Nic in the face." hha! Anyway, its a lot funnier now than it was then.
So we had 4 trains to get on today, the last trains of the trip - our first one starting at 8:45..Cheese and bread...cheese and bread. A delicious staple fo

od that we shared on nearly every train...one thing i might actually miss about Europe. And while eating the delicious 4 baguettes and wheels of cheese, we managed 2 hours of Gin Rummy. So, 4 trains and 10 hours later P-Dog, Kat, Rohn, and I were in Chartes visiting the Charpentiers - the family that took care

of Rohn when he was just beginning his transformation. And as advertised, Phillipe is quite the beast and got along with Jack very well. So much so that they sang the French national anthem for us! And lucky us, we got to share another 3 hour romantic dinner (the Dickerrindfleishsteak was terrible) with them. These Europeans are pretty homo when it comes to speed

eating. I kept trying to convince them that Doner is just as good as any dinner in all of Europe, so why waste our time? So instead of enjoying a delicious Doner, i filled up on bread as usual, because everything else in Europe is a struggle. Our escape from Chartes ended up being in the parents car because the the trains decided to randomly go on strike. Mean joke. John drove pretty well too. We only stalled once and did a very good job of dodging many sure accidents. And so, after a whole entire day of traveling we went straight to bed.
